Role Description
We’re looking for a  Senior Designer & Illustrator  who can own end-to-end visual design across brand, packaging, and digital—someone with strong taste, sharp execution, and the ability to translate concepts into market-ready creatives. You’ll lead the visual direction, build scalable design systems, and create illustration-led assets that make our products and campaigns instantly recognizable.

What You'll Do:

Brand & Visual Direction
Own and maintain the brand’s visual language across packaging, website, social, and marketplace creatives.
Build and manage brand guidelines: typography, color, layout rules, icon/illustration style, and asset libraries.
Ensure consistency across every touchpoint while keeping the design fresh and modern.
Packaging Design (Core)
Design packaging for product launches: labels, cartons, sleeves, inserts, master cartons, gifting boxes, and export-ready packs.
Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dielines, barcodes, regulatory panels, and production specs.
Coordinate with vendors/printers for sampling, proofs, finishes, and on-ground troubleshooting.
Illustration & Artwork
Create original illustrations (vector + hand-drawn styles) for packaging, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Develop repeat patterns, motifs, icons, and seasonal artwork for special drops and gifting.
Digital Design
Create high-converting creatives for Amazon/marketplaces: image stacks, banners, A+ modules, brand store assets.
Design performance creatives for Meta/Google ads: static + story formats with a strong conversion mindset.
Support website visuals: homepage banners, collection tiles, and campaign landing page assets.

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with founders, designe, marketing, product development, and production teams.
Guide junior designers when required: reviews, standards, and faster execution.
Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects without compromising quality.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design, Typography, and Digital Illustration
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw and In Design
Experience in Branding, Packaging Design, and Digital Marketing Graphics
An eye for detail and expertise in Layout Composition, Color Theory, and Style Consistency
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and illustration projects, preferably for premium or lifestyle brands
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate design ideas effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the home fragrance or lifestyle industry is a plus
