Role Overview :

Organic by MSL is looking for a multi-disciplinary   Art Director   who doesn't just design but moves—both literally and figuratively. We need a creative powerhouse with a heavy emphasis on   Motion Graphics and Animation   to lead visual storytelling across digital and social landscapes.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic movement. You will have meaningful ownership over how our brands look and behave, ensuring every piece of communication is culturally relevant, strategically sound, and visually arresting.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution:
Translate complex briefs and communication strategies into high-impact visual concepts for digital, social, and offline campaigns.
Motion & Animation:
Lead the creation of motion-heavy content. You will be expected to use   Adobe After Effects   and other animation tools to bring static concepts to life.
Creative

Collaboration:

Work under the direction of the Senior Creative while taking full ownership of your projects. Partner closely with content writers to develop the visual tone and messaging that defines a brand’s voice.
Digital Craftsmanship:
Design end-to-end digital assets, including websites, microsites, web banners, and social collateral, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Nurture and develop junior design talent. Establish robust review mechanisms to ensure the team's output meets Organic’s high standards.
Business-Minded Solutions:
Focus on "value-adding" solutions. Understand how your creative work solves specific business challenges and proactively address potential roadblocks in the implementation phase.
Trend Analysis:
Stay ahead of the curve. Keep a pulse on rapidly evolving cultural trends and new technologies to ensure our clients benefit from the most relevant and innovative ideas.

Technical Qualifications
Software Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in   Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Design Pedigree:
A strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of traditional design principles and modern motion graphics.
Digital Native:
Experience designing for UI/UX (websites/microsites) and a deep understanding of social media platform constraints and opportunities.
