Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s not just great with tools, but strong with ideas. Someone who can translate briefs into clean, compelling design and isn’t afraid to suggest smarter, more creative ways to tell a visual story.

At Umanshi, you’ll work across branding, digital campaigns, and content for clients across industries. You’ll collaborate closely with our content, strategy, and video teams to create visuals that don’t just look good, they work.

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Conceptualize and execute design ideas across social media, websites, decks and digital campaigns
•⁠ ⁠Develop original creative concepts that align with brand strategy and business goals
•⁠ ⁠Maintain visual consistency across platforms and campaigns
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with content writers, strategists and account managers for cohesive output
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with design trends and apply them meaningfully

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠3-4 years of experience in a creative/design role (agency or in-house)
•⁠ ⁠A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility and attention to brand voice
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Canva and Figma
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and color
•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, Linked In, You Tube thumbnails, etc.)
•⁠ ⁠Motion graphics, basic video editing or animation experience
•⁠ ⁠Experience working with lifestyle, D2C or early-stage brands
