Position: Copy Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Copy Supervisor with 4-5 years of copywriting experience in a digital/advertising agency. The ideal candidate has strong creative and ideation skills, along with a portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking and copywriting across branded digital and social content.

This is not a people-management role, but a hands-on creative position focused on crafting powerful ideas and sharp copy across campaigns, digital films, and social content.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and write copy for digital films, social media, print, online, and integrated campaigns.
- Contribute strong campaign ideas and platform-first content concepts.
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards across all outputs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to enhance ideation, research, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and brand voice.
- Stay updated with digital, cultural, media, and AI trends to create relevant and forward-thinking work.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Qualifications

- 4-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital-first agency.
- Strong conceptual thinking and campaign ideation skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated digital campaigns and social content.
- Working knowledge of AI tools in creative workflows is a plus.
