Offshore Presentation Designer

This role is for someone who sees presentations as strategic tools, not just slides and enjoys transforming scattered inputs into structured, visually refined narratives.

What You’ll Do

As an  Offshore Presentation Designer , you’ll turn raw business content into clear, polished presentations. You’ll own the deck from start to finish, shaping the story, refining the design and ensuring every presentation is professional and ready to deliver.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Translate raw, unstructured content (notes, rough slides, content dumps) into polished, presentation-ready decks
Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations aligned with business objectives and executive expectations
Structure content through clear story lining, ensuring logical flow and narrative clarity
Create and manage slide masters, templates, charts, animations and production-ready assets in Microsoft Power Point
Use AI prompting tools to generate relevant, high-quality visuals that enhance communication
Source and apply icons, illustrations and stock visuals while maintaining brand consistency
Ensure all outputs align with established brand systems and visual guidelines
Work independently within an overnight offshore workflow:
Receive decks at end of US business day
Design and refine during US night hours
Deliver polished decks by US morning

Skills & Expertise Required

Strong foundation in visual communication and communication design
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Point
Deep understanding of presentation story lining and business communication
Strong command of written and spoken English
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tight turnaround timelines
Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with US-based product, design and leadership teams
Detail-oriented, dependable, and process-driven
