Role Overview
We are seeking a highly versatile 3D Generalist to create high-quality, mobile-optimized assets for a mobile game. You will work across 3D environments, props, foliage, UI-ready renders, cinema tics, and FX assets, collaborating closely with animation, tech art, and programming integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Creating Assets

• Model, texture, sculpt, retopologies, and texture 3D Assets.

• Create LOD levels optimized for mobile devices.

• Work with riggers/animators to ensure topology supports complex movement.

• Generate normal maps, cavity maps, AO maps, and mobile-friendly P  textures.

• Model and texture buildings.

• Produce modular environment pieces—rocks, trees, terrain props, foliage.

• Work with designers to ensure buildings match gameplay needs and footprint sizes.

Props & Interactive Objects

• Create gameplay props, incubators, resource generators, UI 3D elements, and collectible items.

VFX & Rendering

• Build simple VFX meshes (breath FX anchors, glow meshes, particle supports).

• Create turntable renders, marketing assets, and in-game presentation captures.

• Import, set up, and optimize assets including shaders, materials, LODs, and lighting.

• Ensure all assets meet performance budgets for high-end and low-end devices.
Collaboration

• Work closely with Concept Art, Tech Art, Animation, Game Designers, UI/UX artists.

• Support live-ops updates with rapid turnaround content.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in:

• Maya/Blender (modeling)

• ZBrush (sculpting)

• Substance Painter/Designer (texturing)

• Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator
•.
Adobe After Effects

• Experience in creating mobile assets and efficient UV layouts.

• Ability to create both stylized and realistic assets.

• Understanding of polycount/performance budgets for mobile.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic VFX experience

• Knowledge of Photogrammetry cleanup for rocks/terrain.

• Experience with cinematic lighting for renders.

Education

• Degree in Animation, Game Art, Computer Graphics, or equivalent experience.
