- Key Responsibilities:

· Design and create visually pleasing and industry-leading motion graphics   for video deliverables (social media creatives and advertisements, occasional corporate videos)

· Collaborate with   clients   ,   creative teams   , and   stakeholders   to understand project scope and objectives.

· Assist in selecting   audio, video, colors, typography   , animation, etc., for   graphic design   .

· Edit   raw video footage   , add   special effects  /elements, and enhance   motion design   to create visually compelling content.

· Research and analyze   best design techniques   , emerging trends, and solutions to create standout   motion graphics   .

· Participate in   brainstorming sessions   to share innovative design perspectives and new creative ideas.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest   graphic design   ,   motion graphics   , and   animation   trends, techniques, and tools.

· Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and high-quality   design standards   .

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design   ,   Animation   ,   Film   , or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not mandatory.

· Proficiency in   Adobe Creative Suite   (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools like   Cinema 4D   ,   Blender   , etc.

· Excellent   visual design skills   ,

· Familiarity with   special effects   ,  3D animation   ,   compositing   , and   VFX   is a plus.
