Create static, motion, and video-first assets optimized for ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Develop ad variations for A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, copies, layouts, UGC styles)
Work closely with the performance marketing team to iterate creatives based on data insights
Maintain brand consistency across campaigns while experimenting with new formats
Design landing page banners, emailers, and website creatives to support campaigns
Stay updated with trends in beauty, skincare, and D2C performance advertising
Understand competitor creatives and build differentiated visual storytelling
Requirements 4–8 years of experience in performance-focused creative design (D2C/FMCG preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing performance ads (static + video/motion)
Experience working with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma
Strong understanding of paid media creative best practices
Ability to think data-first while designing
Fast turnaround time and ability to manage multiple campaigns
