Group Account Director – Concept & Project Management will be
someone who can dream big, pitch bold ideas, and then flawlessly bring
them to life on ground.
You will own the journey from the first spark of an idea to the final curtain call
— across brand launches, immersive activations, IPs, festivals, corporate
events, private events and integrated experiential campaigns.
Concept & Experience Design

• Turn briefs into powerful experiential stories and immersive journeys

• Lead ideation sessions and develop standout concepts for pitches and
ongoing clients

• Brief, guide and bring out designs (graphic, 3D and layouts) with the
creative studio to create compelling creative outputs

• Create experience frameworks, show flows, audience engagement
models, and creative narratives

• Work closely with creative, design, digital, and production teams to
transform ideas into reality
Project Ownership (Start to Finish)

• Drive projects end-to-end — pitching, conversion, planning, creative,
budgets, timelines, vendors, production, and live execution

• Juggle multiple format projects while maintaining quality and
innovation

• Anticipate challenges and solve them creatively in real-time
Client Partnerships

• Be the strategic and creative face of Percept ICE for key clients

• Lead presentations, brainstorms, and experience walkthroughs

• Understand brand objectives deeply and proactively propose
experiential solutions

• Build long-term relationships that go beyond one-off projects
Teamwork

• Inspire and mentor concept managers, project leads, and cross functional
teams

• Build a high-energy culture of creativity, collaboration, and
Accountability

• Push the team to think broader while executing smarter
Commercial Savvy

• Own project budgets and ensure strong financial discipline

• Work with vendors and internal teams to deliver best-in-class
experiences efficiently
