About the Role
We are looking for two talented   Video Editors   to join our creative team in Mumbai—one specializing in   B2B content   and the other in   BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)  content. Candidates are   not required to have experience in both domains   . If you have strong expertise in either B2B or BFSI video editing, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Video Editor, you'll transform concepts into engaging visual stories while ensuring brand consistency, high production quality, and timely delivery across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with creative strategists, content writers, designers, and account teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
Create engaging edits using motion graphics, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and animations where required.
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with evolving video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
Review and incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently.

Role-Specific Experience

B2B Video Editor
Experience editing videos for SaaS, technology, enterprise, consulting, manufacturing, or other B2B brands.
Ability to create product explainers, thought leadership videos, customer success stories, webinars, corporate films, and social media content.
Understanding of professional storytelling and business communication.

BFSI Video Editor
Experience creating videos for banking, insurance, fintech, wealth management, or financial services brands.
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into engaging visual content.
Experience editing educational videos, product explainers, awareness campaigns, and digital marketing assets while maintaining compliance and brand standards.

Requirements
3–6 years of professional video editing experience.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
Understanding of motion graphics, typography, color correction, audio mixing, and pacing.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
For the BFSI role:
Hands-on experience handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras and managing on-site shoots, including framing, lighting, and capturing high-quality footage, is mandatory.

Good to Have

Experience with 2D animation and motion graphics.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
Experience editing content optimized for Linked In, You Tube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Basic understanding of video production workflows.
