Years of experience: 3+ years of experience in Pre as well as Post Production
Top 5 things you will do in your role:
Video editing & production - Decode client briefs to develop, edit and deliver short-form video content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and platform-specific communication requirements
Creative conceptualisation & content creation - Participate in brainstorming sessions and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and develop video-first concepts for Reels, Shorts and social media formats
Content quality & standards - Create high-quality video and phone-shot content while ensuring consistency, attention to detail and adherence to established visual and editorial standards
Account ownership - Take ownership of assigned brands by developing a deep understanding of the client, category and competitors, while consistently pushing for stronger storytelling and higher-value video output
On-ground shooting & creative exploratio n - Lead and execute on-ground/in-house phone shoots for social content, while leveraging research, cultural trends and platform behaviour to uncover fresh, differentiated video concepts
Skills you will need for this role:
Strong proficiency across video editing tools, software and apps, with the ability to execute ideas with craft, precision and creative intent
A broad visual sensibility with the ability to adapt video thinking across different audiences, formats and platforms, including comfort with phone-based shooting and vertical video
A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for ideas, emerging technology (familiarity with AI-powered video tools and workflows is a plus) and evolving social media trends
The ability to take feedback positively, continuously improve editing and shooting skills and actively contribute ideas and knowledge within the team
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, always-on content environment
