Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise
in 2D animation and social-first content. The ideal candidate will craft visually compelling edits,
animate elements, and deliver high-conversion creatives tailored for digital platforms like Instagram,
You Tube, and Linked In.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create scroll-stopping social media edits that integrate 2D animated elements, transitions, and
kinetic typography.
2. Design clean and modern motion graphics that bring brand narratives to life across Reels,
Shorts, and Linked In formats.
3. Build emotional arcs with strong hooks, FOMO, urgency, and exclusivity to drive engagement
and conversions.
4. Adapt edits for multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5), keeping platform-specific nuances in
mind.
5. Transform briefs and raw footage into visually compelling storytelling pieces with product,
lifestyle, and brand integration.
6. Work on 2D animated explainers, lower thirds, icon animations, and dynamic text-based edits.
7. Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and brand teams to align visual tone with
campaign objectives.
8. Stay ahead of video and animation trends, reels pacing, and meme formats.
9. Contribute to ideation, scripting, and creative direction when required.
Requirements:
1.

Experience:

1–4 years in video editing and motion graphics, ideally with experience in
digital-first brands or creative agencies.
2. Software

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (strong
command of 2D animation), Illustrator, Photoshop.
3. Storytelling:
Strong sense of visual rhythm, transitions, and storytelling using text + graphics.
4. Social Content Savvy:
Deep understanding of how videos perform on Instagram Reels,
You Tube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
5. Creative Thinking:
Ability to turn basic briefs into fun, visual, and engaging narratives.

Skills:

Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, sound design, or brand-level editing experience.
