What you'll do?
Lead production operations across TV channels and digital platforms — resource planning, delivery timelines, the works.
Own cross-functional coordination across editorial, production, sales, marketing, finance, legal, tech, and logistics.
Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, vendor negotiations, and commercial contracts.
Set up and track KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance frameworks.
Oversee execution of large-scale broadcast properties, branded content, events, and special projects.
What We're Looking For
At least 15 years of hands-on experience leading TV production, post-production, camera direction, and events. Candidates from agencies and production houses are welcomed.
A track record of executing high-impact brand partnerships, integrated campaigns, and large-scale media initiatives.
Deep understanding of ground event execution — sets, lighting, broadcast, and digital tech. Strong grasp of scripting, graphics, and video asset production across formats.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting, especially in the context of deal closures.
