Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor + Motion Designer who understands the language of luxury and the speed of performance marketing. This role involves creating premium, scroll-stopping ad creatives while blending cinematic editing, motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, and platform-native storytelling across digital campaigns and brand content.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and lead annual digital media strategies aligned with business and brand Edit high-performing ad creatives, brand films, and social-first content across Instagram, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Pinterest.

● Create multiple variations, hooks, and cutdowns for performance marketing campaigns.

● Craft visually elevated edits that balance luxury aesthetics with conversion-focused storytelling.

● Handle pacing, transitions, sound design, typography, colour correction, grading, and finishing with strong attention to detail.

● Work across product films, founder-led content, UGC-style edits, BTS content, launch campaigns, and promotional assets.

● Create motion graphics, animated typography, visual effects, and dynamic layouts for campaigns and digital assets.

● Develop premium graphic systems and templates that maintain consistency across both brands.
● Collaborate with art directors, designers, and marketing teams to elevate campaign executions and storytelling.

● Use AI tools and workflows to generate, enhance, and experiment with creative content and visual storytelling.

● Work with platforms such as Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Hailuo, Veo, ChatGPT, Magnific, and Topaz to explore AI-assisted creative production.

● Maintain organized project files, exports, delivery workflows, and post-production systems across campaigns.

● Collaborate with media teams to analyze creative performance and optimize edits for engagement, retention, and conversions.

● Adapt edits quickly based on campaign learnings, testing frameworks, and platform-specific performance trends.

● Stay updated with evolving editing styles, AI tools, social media trends, and emerging creative technologies.

Must-Have Skills

● Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

● Strong understanding of motion graphics, cinematic editing, and social-first storytelling.

● Excellent visual storytelling skills with strong taste and attention to detail.

● Deep understanding of performance-driven ad creatives and platform-native formats.

● Ability to balance luxury aesthetics with fast-paced creative production.

● Experience working with luxury, jewellery, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

● Comfortable with DaVinci Resolve and AI-assisted creative workflows.

● Understanding of jewellery lighting, textures, reflections, and luxury product detailing.

● Knowledge of Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, or 3D workflows.

● Strong sound design sensibility and finishing skills.

● Experimental mindset toward AI filmmaking and emerging creative technology.
