Design Lead

General Manager– Design

We are looking for a strategic and creatively driven to elevate the brand’s visual
identity across all touchpoints. You will lead design thinking from concept to
execution, working closely with copy, marketing, and business teams to translate
ideas into impactful visual communication. In addition to overseeing output, you
will guide and mentor the design team while building scalable systems and
processes.

About You

6–10 years of experience in graphic design / visual communication, with experience leading projects or teams
Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign design, and multi-format visual storytelling (digital, social, performance, web)
Deep understanding of visual identity, typography, layout, colour, and design systems
Ability to translate brand strategy and campaign narratives into compelling visual directions
Experience working with cross-functional teams including copy, marketing, and performance
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma/Canva
Strong eye for detail and a high bar for craft and consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
Up to date with design trends, digital formats, and evolving visual culture

What You’ll Do

Lead visual direction and design execution across brand and performance campaigns
Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity and design language across all touch points
Collaborate with copy and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life cohesively
Review and elevate design output to ensure high quality and consistency
Guide and mentor designers, fostering a strong creative culture and feedback loop
Build and maintain design systems, templates, and guidelines for scalability
Translate briefs and business objectives into clear, effective visual communication
