Key Responsibilities Design and develop creative artwork for print and digital applications.
Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple sizes, formats, and languages while maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare accurate print-ready files according to production specifications.
Work on a wide range of materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, packaging, event branding, point-of-sale materials, and promotional collateral.
Coordinate with internal teams and printing vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Check artwork for technical accuracy, color consistency, bleed, crop marks, resolution, and print specifications.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Maintain organized file structures and artwork archives for future use.
Required
Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising agency, print production house, event management company, or branding agency.
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
CorelDRAW
Good understanding of:
Print production processes
Pre-press and print-ready artwork preparation
Color management (CMYK, Pantone, RGB)
Large-format printing specifications
Typography and layout design
Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and dimensions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
