Rite Knowledge Labs is looking for creative storytellers yet detail-oriented  Business Writers (4 open positions)  to join our team in Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai (onsite role, full-time work from office).

About the Role

If you have a passion for storytelling & writing and love transforming complex ideas into compelling B2B and tech storytelling, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll create high-quality long-form & short form content, including marketing & customer e-newsletters, thought-leadership blogs, etc. for leading multinational corporate brands across industries, helping businesses communicate their expertise, insights, and stories with clarity, credibility, and impact while maintaining a consistent brand voice across every piece of content.

Who Should Apply

You should have  3–5 years of professional business content writing (not copywriting) experience , preferably in a content agency, publishing house, editorial environment, or corporate communications role. You must be confident writing long-form articles, business blogs, emailers, and other B2B content.
We're looking for someone with exceptional written English, a flair for B2B storytelling, meticulous attention to detail, ability to meet timelines and quick turnaround time and the ability to adapt seamlessly to different audience nuances. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, interpreting briefs, incorporating feedback, and delivering polished content that consistently adheres to editorial and style guidelines.

Prior experience creating content for multinational or enterprise brands will be an advantage across target CxO audiences like CEO, CTO, CMO, CISO etc.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Writer, you will:

Craft compelling long-form content  – Write business blogs, articles, emailers and other B2B and tech-oriented communication.
Research with depth  – Understand business topics, industry trends, and client requirements to create accurate, insightful, and engaging content.
Write with clarity and precision  – Translate complex business concepts into compelling content that is easy to understand while maintaining a professional, audience-appropriate tone.
Edit and proofread meticulously  – Ensure every piece of content reflects impeccable written English, is grammatically accurate, factually correct, well-structured, and fully aligned with the client's brand voice, editorial standards, and style guides.
Tweak content for multiple TAs :
Ability to repurpose, reorient tweak the master content for different audiences like tech leaders, marketing leaders, security leaders etc.
Engage with clients  – Liaise confidently with clients to understand business objectives, clarify briefs, align content with brand goals, and incorporate feedback while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams  – Work closely with account managers and fellow writers to deliver high-quality content within timelines.
Maintain consistency  – Ensure strict adherence to editorial guidelines, client style guides, brand tone, terminology, and quality standards across all deliverables.
Stay curious and keep learning  – Continuously build your understanding of business, industry trends, and emerging topics to create relevant, insightful, and valuable content.

Key Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Business Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in business content writing, long-form content, corporate communications, or editorial writing.
Writing Excellence:  Exceptional command of written English, with outstanding grammar, vocabulary, editing, and proofreading skills.
Brand Writing:  Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style to suit different industries, audiences, and brand voices while maintaining consistency with established tone-of-voice and style guides.
Client Communication:  Comfortable interacting with clients, understanding nuanced feedback, asking the right questions, and building productive working relationships.
