Where You Come In
Own the visual identity of Urban Wrk across digital and offline touchpoints
Design campaigns, decks, ads, and everything in between
Edit and animate short-form videos among other formats that feel native to platforms like IG Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In
Use AI tools to generate stills, concepts, and motion that amplify creativity (not replace it)
Supervise shoots and partner with production on mood boards, storyboards, concepts, and direction.
Collaborate with the larger team to turn briefs into visuals that are sharp, premium, and on-brand
Keep a close eye on design, content, and cultural trends, and know when to ride them
What You Bring to the Table
4–5 years of experience in design, animation, and video editing
A strong eye for detail, balance, and aesthetics- across static and motion
Tech-savvy and social-media-native mindset
Integration of AI in your workflow
Ability to work independently to turn brief to finished product
The skill of juggling creativity with deadlines, without losing quality
Collaboration, curiosity, and hunger to push boundaries
The Essentials (Your Toolkit)
Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (strong working knowledge expected)
Figma or Canva: for collaborative and quick turn work
AI design/video tools:
Mid Journey, Runway, Stable Diffusion or equivalents (not all, but you should know how to get results)
