Senior Hand Embroidery Designer

We are looking for a talented  Senior Hand Embroidery Designer  to join our creative team.

Location - Chandivali, Andheri (East).

This role is for someone with a strong passion for hand embroidery and a deep understanding of materials, trends, and seasonal collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on seasonal concepts and develop innovative hand embroidery designs.
- Collaborate with clients to create bespoke hand embroidery developments tailored to their needs.
- Leverage core knowledge of hand embroidery materials and techniques to bring designs to life.
- Stay ahead by researching international brands and gathering inspiration from global trends.
- Look into seasonal trends for hand embroidery, fabrics, colours, prints, and styles to inspire design direction.
- Work closely with the buying and Sourcing teams to ensure smooth development and delivery of hand embroidery swatches.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in hand embroidery design, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong expertise in hand embroidery techniques, materials, and applications.
- Have a keen eye for seasonal trends, fabric innovation, and embroidery craftsmanship.
- Creative flair and the ability to bring fresh concepts to life while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in hand embroidery design, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in hand embroidery and design development.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
