About the Role:

Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and stories while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute platform-specific creatives (static, carousels, stories) that strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.
Take full ownership of the QC process, ensuring zero errors in typography, alignment, and brand consistency before submission.
Accurately interpret creative briefs and feedback, minimizing the need for multiple revision cycles through high first-draft accuracy.
Adhere to strict timelines and manage multiple deliverables without compromising on creative standards.
Proactively research design trends and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creative output and speed up production workflows.
Independently explore and present visual references to elevate the brand’s aesthetic and stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience
A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality "clean" design and a clear understanding of brand consistency.
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.
