Content Creator Model & UGC

The Role

We're looking for a creative who can  own our Reels and video campaigns end to end  — not just an editor who waits for instructions, but someone who brings ideas, understands what makes content perform, and turns concepts into scroll-stopping videos.
You'll work directly with the founder, so your ideas will actually ship. No layers of approval, no committees.

What You'll Do   Ideate & script:  Research trends, pitch Reel concepts, write hooks and scripts that grab attention in the first 2 seconds
Shoot:  Film clean, high-quality video content (a good phone setup is perfectly fine — we care about the result, not the gear)
Edit:  Cut engaging Reels with captions, transitions, sound design, and trending audio for Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube Shorts
Run campaigns:  Build video content series around product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
Learn & iterate:  Watch what performs, double down on what works, kill what doesn't
Expected output:  ~8–12 reels per month (we'll finalize together based on your availability)

What We're Looking For  Must-haves:
A portfolio of short-form videos/Reels you've made — this is non-negotiable and matters more than any degree or years of experience
Strong editing skills in Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Instinct for hooks, pacing, and trends — you know why a reel worked, not just that it did
Self-managed: you hit deadlines without being chased
Comfortable shooting your own footage (talking-head, product, b-roll, or UGC-style)
Nice-to-haves (not required):

Experience with motion graphics or text animation
Understanding of Instagram/Meta ads and boosting content
Basic graphic design (thumbnails, cover frames)
Experience growing a page — yours or a client's
Who this is NOT for:
Editors who only want raw footage handed to them with a shot list
Anyone who applies without work samples (these applications will be skipped)
