Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create engaging visual content based on business and marketing requirements.
Design creatives for digital and print media, including:
Social media posts and campaigns, Email communications and newsletters, Presentations and pitch decks, Posters, brochures, banners, and advertisements, Brand assets and marketing collateral, Photo essays and promotional materials
Create images, illustrations, layouts, and graphics using industry-standard design software.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
Edit and enhance images, graphics, and visual content as required.
Create and edit videos, including:
Instagram reels, Brand videos, Marketing campaigns & Promotional advertisements
Test and optimize graphics across various digital platforms and media.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar role.
Exceptional artistic, aesthetic, and creative design sense.
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe In Design
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Other relevant video editing software
Experience creating social media creatives, marketing collateral, and brand communication materials.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of brand identity and branding principles.

Experience with Canva and other creative design tools is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
