2D​/ 3D Designer

About the Role:

Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D/3D Designer with prior experience in the events industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, stage designs, event layouts, stall designs, and visualisations for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D and 3D visualisations for events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
Design stage layouts, exhibition booths, venue layouts, and experiential installations.
Create presentation-ready design concepts for client pitches and proposals.
Work closely with the client servicing and production teams to translate concepts into practical designs.
Prepare detailed layouts and technical drawings required for event execution.
Ensure designs align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and event objectives.
Support the team during pre-production planning and event setup where required.

Required Skills:

Strong conceptualisation and visualisation skills.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Understanding of event production, fabrication, materials, and spatial design.
Ability to create both conceptual designs and practical execution drawings.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Candidate Profile:

2–5 years of experience in the events or experiential marketing industry. Prior experience working on event stages, exhibition stalls, venue layouts, and installations. Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
