We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Video Producer to join our Tamil Digital News team. This is a great opportunity for professionals who live and breathe Tamil news, current affairs, and video storytelling, and are confident both behind and in front of the camera.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify, edit, and publish breaking news and updates on You Tube and Facebook Write, produce, and present Tamil video content including news videos, reels, shorts, and explainers
Handle on-camera presentation for trending topics, news stories, and interviews
Coordinate with reporters and news desk to source and shape strong video inputs
Cover and present interviews with political leaders, celebrities, and key personalities
Ensure accuracy, speed, and editorial quality in digital video output
Key Skills Requirement:
Any graduate with strong knowledge of news and current affairs
Must be able to understand, write, and present content fluently in Tamil
Minimum 2 years of experience in video presentation or digital news content preferred
Familiarity with live streaming tools and digital video platforms is an added advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced newsroom environment
