About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced  Political Video Editor  with strong expertise in  Punjabi content . The candidate will be responsible for editing political videos, social media content, campaign creatives, interviews, public speeches, and short-form videos for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit  political videos, campaign videos, interviews, speeches, reels, and social media content  in Punjabi.
Create engaging  Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Facebook videos, and other digital content .
Add appropriate  Punjabi text, subtitles, captions, graphics, transitions, and visual effects .
Understand political narratives and convert raw footage into impactful and engaging content.
Work with the content and research teams to ensure videos are factually accurate and aligned with the communication strategy.
Select suitable footage, images, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
Edit videos within tight deadlines, especially during political campaigns and breaking-news situations.
Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, formats, and overall visual identity.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos for social media.
Stay updated with  political trends, social media trends, viral formats, and Punjabi digital content .
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of  Adobe Premiere Pro .
Working knowledge of  Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing tools  will be an advantage.
Excellent understanding of  Punjabi language and cultural context .
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content for  political and social media campaigns .
Good understanding of social media video formats and platform requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Qualification
Graduate
