Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site 3D Visualizer role based in Kochi. The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D concepts and visual representations for event stages, sets, booths, and immersive spaces that align with client briefs and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models, textures, and lighting setups; collaborating with designers and project managers to refine concepts; and preparing visual presentations for internal reviews and client approvals.
The role also involves interpreting sketches and drawings into realistic 3D environments, optimizing files for production, and ensuring all visuals can be executed effectively on-site. The ideal candidate will contribute creative ideas, maintain design consistency across projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create 3D stage designs, event setups, booths, backdrops, branding and venue layouts .
Develop creative event presentations and visual concepts for client proposals.
Design artwork for stages, banners, standees, signage, panels and other event branding .
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing/fabrication vendors.
Work closely with Sales, Design and Production teams to convert concepts into practical event setups.
Make design modifications based on client and production requirements.
Ensure artwork is accurate, high-quality and delivered within deadlines.
Skills Required
Proficiency in 3D design software – 3ds Max / Sketch Up / Blender or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator .
Understanding of large-format printing, fabrication and production requirements .
Good creative sense, visualization and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Added Advantage: Experience in event management, exhibitions, stage fabrication or advertising agencies .
