The team focuses on solving complex positioning challenges and turning ambitious briefs into impactful, on-brand creative e Description  The Sr Motion Graphics Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the creation of high-quality motion graphics and animation for brand films, ads, social content and digital campaigns. This role involves conceptualizing and storyboarding motion pieces, designing graphics and visual assets, and executing animations that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The designer will collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, copywriters, and brand strategists to translate ideas into dynamic visual narratives. Day-to-day tasks include developing motion design templates, optimizing content for various platforms, maintaining consistency across projects, and contributing to production workflows. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, providing feedback on motion deliverables, and staying current with motion design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Design/Media/Marketing agency is mandatory.
Strong expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio showcasing advanced animation, typography, and visual storytelling.
Experience in Video Production, including planning, editing, compositing, and preparing assets for multi-platform delivery.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, with the ability to develop on-brand visual assets for motion projects.
Advanced skills in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Maya Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant compositing software).
Proven experience working on digital campaigns, social content, and brand films for agencies, studios, or in-house creative teams.
Strong sense of timing, rhythm, layout, and color, with attention to detail and quality lity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior motion designers; comfort giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Relevant education in design, animation, visual communication, film, or equivalent professional experience.
