What are we looking for?
We're looking for a talented 2D & 3D Motion Graphics Artist who is passionate about bringing ideas to life through motion, animation, and visual storytelling. Whether it’s creating dynamic explainer videos, engaging social content, product launches, brand campaigns, or immersive digital experiences, you'll play a key role in transforming concepts into visually compelling motion graphics.
Key responsibilities
Motion Design :
Design and animate engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics for digital, social, broadcast, and experiential content.
Bring static designs, illustrations, and brand assets to life through creative animation.
Develop motion systems that align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
Produce visually compelling title sequences, logo animations, UI animations, explainers, and promotional videos.
3D Motion Graphics :
Create and animate 3D scenes, products, environments, typography, and abstract visual elements.
Build simple 3D assets, cameras, lighting, and materials to support animation requirements.
Produce high-quality renders while balancing visual quality and production timelines.
Integrate 3D elements seamlessly into final motion graphics.
Animation :
Apply strong animation fundamentals including timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, and visual rhythm.
Create smooth transitions, kinetic typography, character animation (where applicable), and motion-based storytelling.
Ensure animations enhance user engagement and effectively communicate key messages.
Compositing & Finishing :
Composite 2D and 3D elements into polished final videos. Perform colour correction, motion tracking, masking, cleanup, and visual refinements. Add visual effects, particles, and finishing touches to elevate production quality. Prepare final deliverables across multiple formats and platforms.
Collaboration:
Partner with creative directors, designers, video editors and producers teams throughout the production lifecycle.
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency, quality, and deadlines.
Stay updated on emerging motion design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. Solid knowledge of animation principles including timing, spacing, anticipation, follow-through, overlap, and body mechanics.
Excellent knowledge of animation principles and motion timing. Good understanding of human and animal anatomy, movement, and facial expressions.
Experience creating both 2D and 3D motion graphics from concept through final delivery.
Understanding of rendering workflows, lighting, cameras, and compositing.
Ability to balance creativity with technical execution and production efficiency.

Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Maxon Cinema 4D or Blender
Redshift, Octane, or Arnold Renderer
Unreal Engine (nice to have)
Adobe Substance 3D (nice to have)
Qualifications
