About the Role
We are looking for a  Graphic Designer  who can translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and other brand communication.
Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, social media teams, and account managers to develop campaign ideas.
Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs.
Create static posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, and other digital assets.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas to the table.
Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital content formats.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions efficiently.
Requirements
2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, advertising, media, or creative environment.
Strong proficiency in  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
Knowledge and/or other design tools is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying solely on templates.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good to Have
Motion graphics/video editing skills.
Basic understanding of AI design tools.
Experience working on social media campaigns and digital-first content.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
