Thrillophilia is building a world-class creative studio in Mumbai and is looking for an exceptional Art Director to shape the visual identity of one of India's fastest-growing travel brands.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who goes beyond making beautiful designs. You'll be involved from concept to execution like solving business problems through compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, social media, creator content, presentations, performance marketing and brand experiences.

What You'll Create
Brand and integrated campaign identities
Social media creatives, carousels, Reels covers & You Tube thumbnails
Tourism board and brand partnership presentations
Performance marketing creatives
Visual identities for original content properties
Mood boards, storyboards, shoot treatments and design systems
AI-assisted concepts, prototypes and production-ready assets
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and distinctive visual directions for campaigns
Translate business objectives into memorable visual communication
Design high-impact campaigns, presentations and digital assets
Build scalable visual systems across multiple formats
Collaborate with writers, strategists, editors, creators and production teams
Art direct photo/video shoots where required
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration and production
Continuously improve creative quality using content performance insights
What We're Looking For
5–9 years of experience in Art Direction, Advertising, Brand Design or Visual Communication
Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and execution
Experience in agencies, creative studios or design-led brands
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling
Experience designing campaigns, presentations, social content and digital advertising
Strong presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, You Tube and creator-led content
Hands-on experience with AI in creative workflows

Adobe In Design
Figma
Keynote / PowerPoint / Google Slides
Midjourney, Firefly, Runway or similar AI tools
Basic motion graphics and video editing
