Role Description   The Senior Visual Designer will lead the visual direction of Solino Home’s brand across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring cohesive, high-quality design that reflects the company’s aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts for campaigns, collections, and product launches; creating graphics for web, social media, email, and packaging; and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and merchandising teams.

The role will also oversee brand guidelines, refine visual identity elements, and ensure consistent application of design standards across all channels. Additional duties include reviewing and mentoring junior designers, preparing production-ready assets, and coordinating with external vendors or agencies when needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development
Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts
Develop creative directions, mood boards, visual references, and campaign territories.
Establish and maintain a premium visual language aligned with brand positioning
Develop campaign-ready imagery and visual assets across digital, social, performance marketing, and brand communication

Art Direction & Visual Design
Lead the visual direction of campaigns from concept to final execution.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting, styling, photography, and visual storytelling.
Create sophisticated product, lifestyle, editorial, and campaign visuals with a strong luxury/premium aesthetic.
Maintain consistency and excellence across all creative touchpoints.
Review creative work and provide clear direction to ensure high-quality output.

Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
Leverage leading Generative AI tools to develop high-quality images, videos, concepts, and visual experiments.
Build efficient AI workflows for generating production-ready creative assets.
Develop reusable prompt frameworks and AI workflows for recurring campaigns.
Experiment with emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for improving creative quality and production efficiency.
Ensure final creatives meet high standards of visual quality, detailing, consistency, and brand aesthetics.

Post-Production & Design Excellence
Demonstrate advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop for compositing, retouching, manipulation, colour correction, and artifact removal.
Refine AI-generated outputs to achieve premium, production-ready results.

Innovation & Creative Exploration
Stay updated with the latest AI tools, visual trends, creative technologies, and emerging formats.
Continuously experiment with new AI and design workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, speed, and output quality.
Bring fresh ideas and innovative visual approaches to elevate brand storytelling.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in creative design, visual design, art direction, digital creative, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading or managing a creative/design team.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, premium, luxury, or aspirational brand work.
Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Advanced knowledge of Generative AI tools for image and video creation
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on expertise in AI-generated visual content
Experience working with premium/luxury brands
Strong design and art direction capabilities
