Reaviva Holistic Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content across digital, print and on-site brand touchpoints. The role will work closely with the marketing team on social media and campaign creative, and will support leadership with presentations and brand collateral.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all output while delivering a high volume of work to agreed timelines. Applications must include a portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Social media and digital
1. Design posts, carousels, stories and reel covers in line with the monthly content calendar
2. Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns in all required formats and sizes
3. Iterate creatives based on campaign performance insights
4. Design assets for landing pages, Whats App, emailers and promotional offers
5. Edit short-form videos with titles, subtitles and basic motion graphics
6. Deliver launch creatives for new services, packages and seasonal campaigns
Print and brand collateral
7. Design service menus, brochures, leaflets, gift vouchers and packaging
8. Create signage, standees, displays and event collateral for the centre and partner venues
9. Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs and production
10. Design presentations and proposals for leadership and partnership meetings
11. Support photo and video shoots, including shot planning, image selection and retouching
Brand consistency and asset management
12. Apply Reaviva's brand guidelines across all output and recommend refinements as the brand evolves
13. Maintain an organised library of templates, brand assets and source files
14. Route all medical claims and disclaimers to the medical team for approval before publication
15. Use client images and testimonials only with documented written consent
16. Prioritise requests across teams and deliver to agreed timelines
17. Undertake such further responsibilities as the growth of the business requires
Requirements
• Three to six years of graphic design experience, in-house or with an agency
• A portfolio demonstrating brand, social media and print work (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma
• Print production experience, including the preparation of print-ready files
• A refined aesthetic suited to a premium wellness brand
• Good written English and close attention to detail in copy
• The ability to manage high volumes and tight timelines without compromising quality
• Receptiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly
• Some experience in editing reels will be appreciated
Preferred Background
Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, luxury hospitality or premium retail brands is preferred. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects, and photography skills, will be an advantage.

Full time and on site, with one weekly off
