· Identify value-creation opportunities and actively manage investments through the lifecycle.

· Lead exit planning and execution, including strategic exits, secondary transactions and other
liquidity events.

Fund Operations & Governance

· Oversee the smooth functioning of the AIF in line with its mandate and governing documents.

· Work with the Trustee, Fund Administrator, Custodian, Legal Counsel, Auditors and other service
providers, supported by internal compliance and legal teams.

· Ensure timely and accurate fund and investor reporting, valuations and MIS.

· Support fund-level financial planning, cash management, and capital calls / distributions.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

· Support investor communication and reporting, including portfolio updates, fund performance and investment activity.

· Partner with senior management on investor presentations, fundraising initiatives and stakeholder discussions.

· Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance

· Keep investments and fund activities within approved guidelines and fund documents.

· Identify and manage investment, concentration and liquidity risks, working with internal compliance / legal teams on regulatory matters.

· 10+ years of relevant experience in fund / investment management, private equity, venture capital, asset management or related fields.

· Prior hands-on experience with AIFs / Family Office is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of the Indian AIF ecosystem and SEBI AIF regulations.

· Experience across the investment lifecycle — sourcing , evaluation, due diligence, execution, portfolio management and exits.

· Strong financial analysis, valuation, investment analysis and due diligence skills.

· Experience preparing investment proposals / memos and presenting to decision-making forums.

· Sound understanding of fund structures, operations and investor reporting.
