Responsibilities
- Planning:
Plan the layout of the venue, including the setup for food and beverage services.
- Staff management:
Hire and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefs
- Communication:
Communicate with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Problem solving:
Anticipate potential problems and prevent them from occurring
- Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and make quick decisions
- Event coordination:
Coordinate food and beverage delivery, and ensure that events meet or exceed client expectations. Oversee décor, layouts, placements and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue.
- Guest Satisfaction:
Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests
- Food & Beverage:
Monitor the food and beverages section efficiently as a banquet service manager
Skills

- Negotiation skills
