Role Overview :
Lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service, and high-quality food and beverage standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house staff management
Ensure consistent delivery of premium service standards and guest satisfaction
Manage reservations, seating, and service flow efficiently
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with hotel SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen and management to optimize service and efficiency
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset
