Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee guest relations, customer experience, and hospitality operations at our developer site.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Hotel chains, hospitality operations, customer service excellence, vendor coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest & Client Experience Management
Ensure exceptional hospitality services for all visitors, prospective buyers, channel partners, and VIP guests visiting the project site.
Manage customer arrival experience, lounge management, refreshments, seating arrangements, and visitor assistance.
Maintain premium customer service standards aligned with the company’s brand image.
2. Site Hospitality Operations
Oversee daily hospitality operations at sales galleries, sample flats, experience centers, and site offices.
Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, hygiene, and upkeep of all customer-facing areas.

Monitor housekeeping, pantry, concierge, and front desk operations.
3. Event & VIP Visit Management
Coordinate and manage customer engagement events, broker meets, launch events, and leadership visits.
Organize hospitality arrangements for senior management, investors, and VIP clients.
Ensure smooth execution of events with high service standards.
4. Vendor Management
Manage third-party vendors including housekeeping agencies, catering services, event partners, and maintenance teams.
Track vendor performance and ensure service quality compliance.
5. Team Supervision
Lead front office executives, housekeeping staff, pantry staff, and hospitality support teams.
Train staff on customer interaction, grooming standards, and service etiquette.
Maintain discipline and operational efficiency across teams.
6. Budget & Inventory Management
Monitor hospitality budgets, operating expenses, and vendor invoices.
Manage inventory for pantry supplies, guest amenities, consumables, and event materials.
Ensure cost optimization without compromising service quality.
7. Compliance & Standards
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards across site facilities.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for hospitality operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
