Guest Relation Executive (GRE)
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience in premium restaurants, cafés, luxury retail, hotels, or hospitality.
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
* Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
* Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.
* Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.
* Ensure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-groomed, energetic, confident, and guest-focused personality.
* Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
