Role Description  The Operations Manager – Hospitality is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across Connekt Homes properties. This role manages housekeeping and maintenance schedules, ensures high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, and coordinates check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests. The Operations Manager monitors occupancy, and handles vendor and supplier relationship. The role also includes implementing standard operating procedures, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency.

The Operations Manager collaborates closely with leadership to align property operations with brand standards and business goals.
Qualifications
Hospitality operations expertise, including property management, guest services, and front-of-house coordination.
Experience supervising teams, scheduling staff, and managing housekeeping and maintenance workflows.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties or priorities.
Proficiency with basic office software and property management or booking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and external partners.
Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling guest concerns and operational challenges.
Prior experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or short-term rentals in an urban setting is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred.
Comfort working on-site in Mumbai in Khar (W) office
