Role Description  The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role includes managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and monitoring property conditions to maintain brand standards. The Property Manager will handle guest inquiries and concerns, work closely with vendors and service providers, and ensure that safety, cleanliness, and comfort are consistently upheld.

The role also involves updating property availability, assisting with pricing or occupancy optimization, preparing basic reports on property performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Property operations and facilities management skills, including oversight of housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and property inspections.
Strong customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Basic administrative and organizational skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting on property performance.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple properties, and respond quickly to operational needs and emergencies.
Familiarity with hospitality or serviced apartments, including check-in/check-out processes and guest experience standards.
Proficiency with common office and property management software; comfort using digital tools for bookings and updates.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in property or hotel management is an advantage.
