Head of Hospitality

HEAD OF HOSPITALITY

Role Purpose Lead the vision, strategy, growth and operational excellence of Sawai Jaipur's hospitality and F&B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hospitality strategy across existing and future properties, restaurants, F&B and related businesses.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational performance across the portfolio.

• Establish world-class hospitality standards across service, guest experience, F&B, housekeeping and operations.

• Lead the development of new hospitality concepts, properties and F&B ventures.

• Build compelling experiences that combine Jaipur's heritage with contemporary luxury and service.

• Develop annual business plans, budgets, revenue strategies and performance targets.

• Drive commercial optimisation across rooms, F&B, events, experiences and ancillary revenue streams.
• Build, mentor and lead high-performing hospitality teams.

• Establish systems, SOPs, KPIs and performance-management frameworks.

• Strengthen relationships with travel, hospitality, luxury, corporate and strategic partners.

• Work closely with Marketing, Events, Retail, Finance and Technology teams on cross-business initiatives.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and expansion opportunities.
Candidate Profile

• 8–15+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, F&B, resorts or experience-led businesses.
• Proven experience managing a significant hospitality operation or portfolio.

• Strong commercial and P&L management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to build teams, systems and businesses.

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and contemporary guest expectations.

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and highly execution-oriented.

• Experience in heritage, destination or experiential hospitality would be an advantage.
