We are looking for experienced General Administration / Site Services professionals to manage and coordinate various employee, facility and site services across large manufacturing locations.
The role may involve responsibility for one or more areas such as Township Management, F&B Operations, Facility Management / Soft Services, Transport Services or General Administration , depending on the specific position.
The ideal candidate should have strong operations, vendor management, stakeholder management and service delivery skills, with experience in managing services in a large site, campus, township, industrial or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day general administration and site service operations based on the assigned area of responsibility.
Manage and coordinate services such as township operations, F&B, housekeeping, soft services, transport and employee amenities .
Ensure smooth delivery of services while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, safety and employee experience .
Manage vendors and service partners , including manpower deployment, SLA/KPI monitoring, performance reviews and issue resolution.
Monitor operational costs, budgets and resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement .
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper upkeep and functioning of assigned facilities/services.
Handle employee and stakeholder feedback and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues .
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth site operations.
Support VVIP visits, events, employee engagement activities and other special site requirements .
Ensure adherence to applicable safety, hygiene, statutory and operational requirements .
Maintain relevant documentation, MIS and service performance reports.
Lead and coordinate contract manpower and operational teams as required.

Exposure to any one of these functions, along with strong operational and stakeholder management capabilities, would also be relevant.
What We’re Looking For:
3–10 years of relevant experience in General Administration / Facility Management / Township Management / Hospitality / F&B / Transport or Site Services.
Experience in managing vendors, contract manpower and day-to-day operations .
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of service delivery, SLA/KPI management and operational processes .
Strong problem-solving and service orientation.
Ability to independently manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in a manufacturing / industrial site, township, large campus, hotel or similar environment will be preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or any relevant discipline .
