Your Role
As an Associate General Manager at Stay Vista, you will be responsible for the development and operations of Stay Vista's Facility Management, creating frameworks for property maintenance, utilities, security, and other key services. Responsibilities include expanding the client base, managing contracts, implementing SOPs, and overseeing daily villa operations to ensure guest-ready properties and high service standards. You’ll stay current on industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
Overseeing Daily Operations
- Make sure everything in the resorts and villas works smoothly - from the lights to the pools to the rooms. Ensure regular maintenance and repairs are done on time to avoid problems.
Managing the Team
- Lead and support the staff who take care of maintenance, cleaning and security at all locations. Make sure everyone is properly trained and working well together.
Budgeting and Cost Control
- Help create the budget for maintenance and repairs. Keep track of costs and make sure everything stays within budget.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all facilities are safe for both staff and guests. Make sure the resorts meet local safety rules and regulations (like fire safety, health codes, etc.).
Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure that the resort/villa's facilities are in top shape to make sure guests have a great experience. Handle any complaints related to maintenance or cleanliness.
Renovation and Projects
- Help manage any big renovations or upgrades needed for the resorts and villas. Ensure new resorts or villas are set up properly.
Using Technology
- Use tools and systems to track maintenance, staff schedules and costs. Implement energy-saving measures to reduce costs and be more eco-friendly.
Reporting and Improvements
- Keep track of how well everything is running and report back to the Facility Head. Suggest ways to improve operations, based on what’s working and what isn’t.
Sustainability
- Implement eco-friendly practices, like saving water and energy and reducing waste.
Travel
- Travel to different locations across India to ensure all the resorts and villas are in good condition. Fix major issues on-site if needed.
Do Regular Audits
- Visit each location to check if everything is clean, safe and working properly. Use a checklist to inspect things like rooms, kitchens, maintenance areas, gardens, etc.
Support Quality Checks
- Help make sure all staff follow the company’s quality and cleanliness standards.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!
Experience managing multi-location hospitality or luxury villa operations.
Proficiency with facility management software and digital audit tools.
