Title of the position:  Company Secretary

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in functional areas of company law matter.  FRESHERS can apply as well.

Required Qualifications:

Post-graduation:
Company Secretary (First Attempt, Second Attempt)
Graduation:

B.Com.

Functional Area:

Company and allied Law matter.
Strong understanding of accounting theory, company and allied law matters.
Experience in the Real Estate/Construction Industry preferred.
Strong System

Skills:

Excel, Tally, MS Office, Internet.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The below works are for all entities (Company, Trust, Individual)

A. Company Law Work:

Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc)
Providing support to committees and working parties such as the Board of Directors etc
Implementing procedural/administrative systems
Handling correspondence before and after meetings
5. Preparing and maintaining notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions of all Companies and trusts.
6. Preparing and maintaining the Directors Report, Annual returns and filing annual forms with the Registrar Of Companies.
7. Preparing & maintaining Statutory Registers under the Companies Act - Register of Members, Directors, etc
8. Any other Company law work.

B. Draft project and commercial agreements (contractual + service agreements).

C. Prepare documents and letters and representation on behalf of the Trust before Charity Commissioner
