This role is suited for a lawyer with strong technical grounding in commercial and technology contracting, combined with practical in-house experience supporting business stakeholders.
Key Requirement:
Candidates must have:
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience with a leading law firm working on technology contracts.
- Subsequent in-house experience in a commercial or technology-focused role
- Proven exposure to drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, IT, and commercial agreements
Candidates without both law firm and in-house experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk and mitigation
- Support broader in-house legal matters, including privacy, corporate, and employment issues, as required
- Partner with business teams to provide pragmatic legal solutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
