Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate – Litigation (Civil & Criminal)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years  of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Falcon Legal is seeking a Litigation Associate  with proven experience in Civil, Commercial and Criminal matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and legal documents, appearing before courts, and providing comprehensive legal advice. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
Draft and review pleadings, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities for hearings and proceedings.
Advise clients on various legal issues, risks, and compliance matters.
Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy and client management.
Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications
LL.B. degree from a recognized university (Master’s in Law preferred).
Minimum  3 years of PQE  in Civil and/or Criminal Litigation.
Enrolled with the  Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
Proficiency in Marathi  and the local language is essential.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
Strong knowledge of Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Laws.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and capability to handle complex legal issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in Corporate Law or Arbitration will be an added advantage.
