Role Overview

• We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing relationships with immigration attorneys and law firms.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and target immigration attorneys and law firms needing:

• Source high-quality leads using Apollo and other outreach tools.

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Outreach & Sales Execution

• Create personalized, compliant outreach messages aligned with legal industry standards.

• Conduct sales conversations and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Suggest strategies to improve conversion rates and lead flow.

3. Attorney Engagement & Communication

• Invite and onboard immigration attorneys for weekly live streams and webinars.

• Support client retention and assist with webinar logistics when required.

• Maintain strict professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical compliance.

4. CRM, Reporting & KPIs

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.

• Track and report on:

• Consultations booked

• Conversion rates

• Qualified leads generated

• Monthly pipeline growth

• Linked In engagement metrics

5.What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in sales closing, lead generation, or B2B/B2C outreach.

• Prior experience with law firms, immigration attorneys, or professional services (strongly preferred).

• Confidence communicating with attorneys and senior professionals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach automation platforms.

• Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and ethical responsibility.

• Success Metrics

• Immigration attorneys converted into active clients

• Deals closed with attorneys

• Outreach-to-conversion ratio
