We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Manager - Account Management with our awesome team in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management:
Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and results.
- Platform Knowledge:
Having a working knowledge of Paid Media (Google, Meta), Organic Media (SEO and SMO) and Integrated Media
- Strategic Planning:
Deconstruct client briefs to develop integrated communication strategies. You aren't just taking orders; you are suggesting solutions that drive ROI.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead internal brainstorming sessions with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Media Planning teams to ensure a unified "360-degree" approach.
- Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality standards.
- Financial Oversight:
Manage account P&L, including billing, collections, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
- Team Mentorship:
Supervise and mentor Account Executives, providing guidance on professional growth and day-to-day task management.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Present monthly/quarterly reviews to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and "what's next" strategies.
