Next Step HR is hiring for a leading new-age real estate development company focused on high-quality, sustainable redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
About the Role
Managing end-to-end redevelopment execution and acting as a key liaison between management and multiple external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage redevelopment workflows and project execution
- Coordinate with society members, brokers, lawyers, architects, and consultants
- Act as a bridge between leadership and on-ground teams
- Review and support legal and commercial documentation
- Participate in project planning and strategy discussions
- Track site progress and resolve execution challenges
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Mumbai redevelopment projects
- Experience in society redevelopment / SRA / MHADA projects
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of approvals and documentation
- Execution-focused and solution-oriented
Pay range and compensation package
Attractive Salary:
Up to ₹16 LPA
