Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of City Head located in Mumbai. The City Head will oversee operations, management, sales, corporate tie-ups, property acquisition and growth strategies for Colive properties in the city. Responsibilities include leading a local team, ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, managing relationships with property owners and partners, and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and modern living solutions within Colive's properties in Mumbai.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Business development, sales, operations management, and project management expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the real estate, co-living, or hospitality industries is highly beneficial
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategic plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience with P&L exposure
