Responsibilities
Developing and executing plans that align with the company's Business Plan.
Analyzing market trends and practices to implement new practice.
End to end, setting up of sites offices, stores, guesthouse, labour camp & warehouse
Ensure the Hygiene level and upkeep of the projects
Hand holding branch admins for efficient delivery
Managing CCTV, UPS & DG for the site office
Ensuring security measures are followed through security agencies
Enabling transport facility wherever required
Conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any areas for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyse and Implement cost-reduction measures without compromising quality.
Acting as a liaison between regional vendors and the branches.
Handling internal customer complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
Providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
Spear heading Digitization process in Administration
End to End Vendor Management, from identification of vendor, negotiating of contracts and ensuring superior service delivery.
Managing & executing companies vision in achieving Net zero goal
Introducing and maintaining standardization in offices and guesthouses
Groom second inline admin manager for the region.

Qualifications
Any UG + MBA

Total Experience Required (In yrs.)
20-22 years

Functional / Technical Expertise
Project facility management experience is primary
Analytical and data driven mindset.
